I was born in New York City, grew up in the Big Apple, and have always loved writing. After a stint in the Marine Corps (not pronounced "corpse" a la Obama), and a tour of duty in Vietnam, I went on to college and studied psychology with a minor in English. In retrospect, I wish I had majored in the latter because this was my true calling. I now make my home in sunny, very hot Arizona--but it's a dry heat.
